Movement and Dance as a language of Life

This is a space where we allow the Spirit of Life to flow through us in Movement and Dance.

Spirit Embodied is a healing modality that invites a return to the body — as a place of connection, resilience, and transformation.

Through Dance and Somatic Dance and Movement Therapy, combined with an integrated healing approach that embraces Body and Earth-based wisdom traditions we aim to restore natural rhythm and effectively embody true alignment:

Physical, Emotional and Spiritual.

Together, we remember our body sovereignty, Anchor somatic ancestral wisdom,

Experience movement and as living prayer, and your expression as a work of art

A path of healing, connection, and belonging to Self, Earth, and Spirit.

A trauma informed cultural sensitive space for all bodies.

Hello beautiful soul,

I am Karina, a dance and movement therapy facilitator working with body-based practices for the past 15 years.

As a somatic movement educator, yoga teacher, integration mentor, support worker, professional dancer, musician & forever student of earth-based, shamanic wisdom traditions of various lineages I combine theory and energetics into work that safely & gently calls forth the deep embodied wisdom, infinite potential and life force that lies within each of us.

Honoring and appreciating Elders, past, present and emerging.

May the Waters be protected and the Earth be treaded upon gently with great awareness of the living traditions that are and alway have been cultivated here on this point of Mother Earth.
